Payment

All payment are to be made in Euro according to the rate of exchange which is applicable by the bank company the day of the transaction. Dollar and Pound currencies on this site is only informative.
We accept payement by credit card for Visa, MC and Amex. You can also pay by paypal and bank transfer (now free within the European Union).

IMPORTANT: There are no more expenses for bank transfer between EU countries since 2002 as long as you are using the IBAN and BIC codes and tell your bank that the expenses are shared.

Return / Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and as long as we are notified by email within a week after you have received your order. We will give a full refund on the selling price for all items if they are returned to us in the same condition they were originally sent.
All possible expenses (transportation, handling charges, restoration if needed, etc.) when returning the goods will be however at your charge and deduced from the refund.

Shipping Information

After we have received your payment and order form, it usually takes between one and three weeks for you to receive your item.
Delivery is free in Brussels. Free also for the rest of Belgium if you order for more than 1500 EUR.
For other countries within the EU, we have indicated next to each item an approximated shipping fee.
We also deliver anywhere else in the world on demand so that we can calculate the exact shipping price for your location.
Our packaging usually contain plastic bubble sheet, light MDF panel and cardboard to avoid any damage during transportation.

If there is any point of contention, only the court of law in Brussels, Belgium is competent.
